The BA71 from Burmester produces a realistic and holographic musical image and does with an exceptional ease that can only be expected by a very large system. These loudspeakers are not extremely difficult to drive, even without the use of “megawatt” amps one can obtain excellent results, as long as the amplification is of a very high level.

The BA71 has an adjustable Air Motion Transformer (AMT) tweeter on each speaker’s rear panel, intended to augment the speaker pair’s reproduction of apparent space.
