Excellent DAC from German manufacturer Horch, the brainchild of Michael Pavischitz, the man who led the development and manufacturing of the Dynaudio Arbiter preamp. This very rare and expensive preamp is by many still considered as one of the very best preamps ever made. After reaching this milestone Michael Pavischitz started Horch, where his Horch products were developed with the aim to take the performance level of these components a level further.
