Effectively a streaming DAC preamplifier, the multitalented Akurate DSM/3 is considered as one of the most musical “affordable” streaming solutions that additionally adds digital conversion and control functionality. That makes it both hub for other sources and a digital music source. This unit is the latest DSM/3 version. It is factory supplied as a DSM/3 with Katalyst DAC, therefore not an upgrade.
