Maybe you do not know Sonnet Audio… but you certainly know Cees Ruijtenberg, who under the Metrum Acoustics banner, was responsible for such highly regarded DACs as the Octave, Hex and Pavane. And while Ruijtenberg has also brought amplifiers and pre-amplifiers to market he remains most notable for his NOS R2R DAC products.
This great DAC from Dutch manufacturer Sonnet Audio sounds great and uses very innovative technologies. It has an integrated lossless volume control. This unit comes with I2S input board which replaces the USB input.
