The CD Primo from Italian manufacturer Unison Research has been designed with a tube based class A output stage. It uses one 12AU7 tube.

Perhaps most interesting of all is the inclusion of a digital USB input for connecting to a streaming device to accept audio data which then feeds the DAC circuit.
