The X-1 Grand Slamm Series II is a very special loudspeaker from Wilson Audio. This X-1 was a statement design and might have been the very best loudspeaker one could buy at the time. Wilson used the most advanced technology and drivers in the X-1. Inimitably beautifully built with a net weight of 325kg per channel, this is a non-plus-ultra design from one of the leading highend loudspeaker manufacturers.

The X-1 is still a reference system that does not shy away from a comparison with current top models on the market. At the time, the X-1 had a newprice of almost 100.000 euro in Europe. Developing and building such a loudspeaker would result nowadays in a market price that would be a multiple of that.

All the diffraction pads that detoriate over time have been replaced by new ones sourced from Wilson. This X-1 was supplied by the former official Dutch Wilson Audio importer and has been sourced from the first owner. Including accessories and 7 original transport crates.
